Terros Health is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to safeguard the organization by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across clinical, operational, financial, and technical domains.

The role supports strategic decision-making and drives enterprise risk management within a trauma-informed, integrated care environment. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to promote safety and resilience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in health care operations or administration.
  • 3+ years in an internal audit or risk management position, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and meet Terros Health driving policy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, and ongoing performance of risk-based audit plans in compliance with regulatory entities (HRSA, FTCA).
  • Design and perform audits of clinical, financial, technical, regulatory, and operational processes with strong internal controls.
  • Manage risk audit findings and coordinate mitigation plans with SMEs and leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify negative trends and control gaps, and develop remediation actions aligned with goals.
  • Prepare actionable audit findings and reports for leadership; monitor remediation and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage organizational risks.

At Terros Health, the Senior Risk Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s mission by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across clinical, operational, financial, and technological domains. This role supports strategic decision-making and culture alignment by providing data-driven insights and developing frameworks that promote safety, compliance, and resilience in a trauma-informed, integrated care environment.This role requires deep expertise in healthcare systems, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The Senior Risk Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, presents findings to senior leadership, and drives the organization’s enterprise risk management and continuous improvement efforts.
