Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Manager - Accounts Receivable in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team focused on reconciling services with payments, resolving denials, and improving revenue cycle performance. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis and collaboration with payers and clinical staff to maximize collections.

Requires 5+ years in AR/claims within healthcare, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work with in-person meetings and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in claims and/or accounts receivable in mid-to-large health care providers.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to reconcile services rendered with final payments and resolve denials and underpayments.
• Monitor payment trends, payer adjudication, and project work to optimize revenue realization.
• Coordinate with revenue cycle stakeholders and ensure timely cash collection.

This includes the successful resolution of outstanding cash payments, claims denials, and claims projects which may involve denials, under paid claims, account balances, incorrect payer adjudication, and payment appeals and grievances, amongst other related activities. The Manager of Accounts Receivable will manage a team of staff dedicated to ensuring optimal and accurate revenue actualization.
