Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD) North America is seeking a Mid-senior Rare Disease Account Manager, Oncology for the Denver area to promote the oncology portfolio and develop key account partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies.

You will design territory plans, analyze data, and drive revenue while ensuring compliant, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma, rare disease/oncology experience, and strong relationships with Healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma sales.
• Rare diseases experience preferred.
• Oncology experience desirable with established relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry required.
• Strong track record of sales success in pharma/biotech.
• Experience working within regulatory frameworks (FDA, OIG, PhRMA).
• Prior consultative sales experience.
• Small-company/start-up experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote Recordati oncology portfolio to key accounts.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals and other stakeholders to drive revenue.
• Develop territory business plans aligned to regional and national objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliant collaboration with stakeholders and regulators.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address product access and reimbursement concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease states and market trends.
