Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, scientific degree or coursework a plus.
• 5–9 years of proven sales success in Rare Diseases/Endocrinology.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy models and patient services hubs preferred.
• Strong account management and clinical disease-state knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cushing’s disease states and Recordati products.
• Create territory strategies to build awareness and identify patients.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance targets.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events and build compliant collaborations.
• Stay updated on therapeutic area developments and regulatory guidelines.
