Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD) is seeking a Rare Disease Account Manager for the Hematology portfolio in the Milwaukee area.

You will own key relationships with healthcare providers, deploy sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with FDA and OIG guidelines. The role requires 5–9 years of specialty sales experience in rare diseases or hematology, with a strong account management and consultative selling background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; scientific degree or coursework a plus.
• 5–9 years of proven sales success in Rare Diseases, Hematology, or biotech.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy model and patient services hub preferred.
• Demonstrated account management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of CAD and Recordati products and market trends.
• Create and execute territory strategies to drive revenue objectives.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and optimize visibility with providers.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity and compliance.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events and industry functions.
