Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead complex transit and public infrastructure programs. You will act as the owner's representative, directing project staff, coordinating field and office operations, and guiding client executive leadership through successful delivery.

You will monitor schedules and budgets, uphold quality and safety standards, perform constructability reviews and liaise with authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on transit/public infrastructure.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles overseeing large contracts.
• Working knowledge of WSDOT and APWA specs.
• FTA-funded project experience and federal compliance knowledge.
• Valid driver license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative for all aspects of the project.
• Oversee project staff, daily field and office operations and support functions.
• Support client executive leadership in delivery and management of the project.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report to executive leadership.
• Ensure quality, cost and schedule objectives are met.
• Oversee engineering, construction, safety, environmental and third-party activities.
• Represent the client with community stakeholders and agencies.
• Champion safety culture and zero incident leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and governance standards.
• Perform constructability reviews and provide delivery improvements.
• Coordinate construction with transit operations to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance on federally funded projects including Buy America and prevailing wage.
