Job summary

Accenture Construct, a leading capital projects business, seeks a senior leader to drive delivery on major rail and transit programs in the New England market. You’ll guide executive-level engagement across the full lifecycle, from pre-construction through handover, while expanding client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

You will oversee multiple design-build and alternative delivery contracts, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, risk, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years delivering large construction, infrastructure, rail, or transit programs.
• 10+ years leading construction, program management, or Owner’s Representative leadership involving major capital projects.
• 5+ years leading client relationships, business development, capture, or pursuit activities in transportation or infrastructure market.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on major rail and transit programs in New England.
• Provide executive leadership across full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee design-build and alternative delivery contracts with scope, schedule, budget, risk, change, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as senior client advisor and liaison with executive leadership, project controls, legal, and regulators.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across construction management, design support, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and coordination.
