Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks an experienced Project/Construction Manager to lead transit-centered programs from planning through handover. You will coordinate between operations, infrastructure and contractors, driving constructability, logistics, costs and risk controls.

The role requires 15+ years in PM/CM on large public projects, with a bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Flexible, hybrid work with in-person collaboration when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of Project Management and/or Construction Management experience.
• Experience on large, transit related, public agency construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other construction related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations during planning and design phases regarding constructability, phasing, logistics and operations interface to minimize costs and service disruptions.
• Assist with development of front-end contractor documents as required.
• Support risk identification and mitigation.
• Establish CM Standards in safety, scheduling, contract change management, and quality plans.
• Assist in CM procurement activities, including scope development, evaluation criteria, and LOE estimates.
• Prepare rough order of magnitude costs for construction and construction change items.
• Oversee CM contracts for capital projects and coordinate construction activities among transit operations, infrastructure, and contractors.
• Attend Construction Project Progress Meetings to facilitate schedule and issue resolution, emphasizing quality and consistency.
