Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned project leader to deliver complex transit and public infrastructure programs onsite with clients across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating engineering, construction, and community engagement.

You’ll act as the owner's representative, manage field and office operations, report to executive leadership, and foster a zero-incident safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field.
• Ten years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects.
• Three years supervisory experience managing major construction contracts of similar size.
• Working knowledge of WSDOT and APWA Standard Specifications.
• Experience on FTA-funded projects and federal contract compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of client personnel, workers, and the traveling public.
• Serve as owner's representative for all aspects of the project.
• Support client executive leadership in delivery and management.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report to executive leadership; manage project execution.
• Oversee engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, and third-party activities.
• Represent client with community stakeholders and public agencies.
