Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior construction program leader to deliver complex transit and public infrastructure projects. You will own the program from early strategy through construction and handover, coordinating across engineering, construction, safety, and community outreach teams.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and Buy America provisions. Onsite collaboration with client teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Admin or related field.
• Ten years of experience in construction management on transit/public infrastructure projects (≥$30M).
• Three years of supervisory experience in management of major construction contracts of similar size and scope.
• Working knowledge of WSDOT and APWA Standard Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of client employees, agency personnel, contractors, and public at all times.
• Serve as owner’s representative, oversee project staff and field/office operations.
• Support client executive leadership in delivery and management of the project.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report to executive leadership; manage quality, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee engineering, construction, QA/QC, safety, environmental, third-party and community outreach.
• Represent client with community stakeholders and permitting authorities.
• Champion safety culture and lead to zero lost-time incidents.
• Ensure compliance with client contract requirements and governance standards.
• Perform constructability reviews and provide delivery improvements.
