Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to lead the delivery of environmental services for a major freight rail client. You will serve as the client-facing lead, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure execution aligns with safety, quality and commercial objectives.

In this strategic role you will develop account growth strategies, monitor schedules and forecasts, build strong client relationships, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive on-time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience managing environmental programs for transportation, freight rail, or infrastructure clients.
Strong commitment to safety.
Working knowledge of environmental service offerings including NEPA, remediation, regulatory compliance and related services.
Proven experience managing strategic accounts, forecasting, risks, and client relationships.
Ability to lead cross-disciplinary programs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account within the Earth & Environment sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders, project sponsors, and operational leaders.
Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasting and financial performance.
