Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to lead delivery of environmental services for a major freight rail client.

You will guide programs across safety, quality and commercial success, acting as a trusted advisor and client liaison. You will manage senior client relationships, forecast financial performance, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with project controls to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years managing environmental programs for transportation, freight rail, or infrastructure clients.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental service offerings: emergency response, due diligence, asbestos/lead/PCB abatement, liabilities management, NEPA, remediation, geohazards, industrial wastewater treatment.
• Proven experience with strategic accounts, forecasting, risks, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
• Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasting and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across environmental and engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare executive-level account updates and strategic client presentations.
• Mentor project managers and staff, promoting safety and collaboration.
• Support proposal development and business development for rail accounts.
