Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to lead environmental services delivery for a major freight rail client. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage forecasts, and ensure safety, quality, and commercial success.

You’ll expand service offerings, build strong client relationships, and present executive updates while guiding projects across transportation and rail infrastructure initiatives in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing environmental programs for transportation or rail infrastructure clients.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of environmental service offerings including NEPA, remediation, regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders.
• Develop growth strategies and manage forecasting and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of environmental and engineering professionals.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards, requirements, and quality processes.
• Monitor schedules, forecasts, earned value, and safety metrics with Project Controls.
• Prepare executive-level updates and strategic client presentations.
• Mentor project managers and staff to promote safety and collaboration.
• Support proposal development and business development for rail accounts.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
