WSP USA is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to lead environmental services delivery for a major freight rail client. You will serve as the trusted advisor, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, high-quality, commercially successful outcomes across transportation and rail infrastructure.

In this leadership role you will drive account growth, oversee forecasts and schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver executive updates while upholding WSP's Code of Conduct

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, geology, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive environmental program management experience for transportation/rail/infrastructure clients.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality in project delivery.
• Experience overseeing strategic accounts, forecasting, risks, and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account's footprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and client stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasts and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of environmental and engineering professionals.
• Coordinate stakeholders to enable efficient project delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and WSP procedures.
• Partner with Project Controls to monitor schedules, forecasts, earned value, resources, and safety metrics.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level account updates and strategic presentations.
• Mentor project managers and staff to promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support proposal development, strategic planning, and business development for rail accounts.
