Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to lead environmental services delivery for a major rail client. You will act as the trusted advisor, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success while guiding multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience managing environmental programs for transportation, freight rail, or infrastructure clients.
Strong commitment to safety.
Experience across environmental service offerings including due diligence, remediation, NEPA, abatement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account within the Earth & Environment sector.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and client stakeholders and project sponsors.
Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasting and financial performance.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of environmental and engineering professionals.
