Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to oversee delivery of environmental services for a major rail client. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage forecasts and performance, and act as the trusted client advisor across projects.

You will drive growth, ensure safety and quality, and mentor staff while coordinating with project controls and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive environmental program management for transportation, freight rail, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to develop and lead strategic accounts, forecasting, risks, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support program needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account with the client.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal/external stakeholders for delivery.
• Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasting and financials.
• Deliver executive-level account updates, reviews, and strategic client presentations.
• Mentor project managers and staff, promoting safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support proposal development and business development for rail accounts.
