Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-site R&D team and set priorities, resources, and development plans.
Develop and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and related platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
Ensure safe, compliant lab operations and optimal performance against milestones.
