Job summary

Chase seeks a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to drive analytics across Operations, channels and products, deriving insights to improve customer journeys and reduce operating costs. You will lead lifecycle activities from data lineage to presenting findings that influence strategic decisions.

You will build dashboards, perform agile analytics, and leverage enterprise data to create automated data solutions using customer, account, digital, telephony, financial and operational data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field; 5+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop, RDBMS, Trifacta.

Responsibilities

Support and lead partnerships with Area Product Owners and Product groups using data to drive decisions.
Lead development and reporting of Ops performance metrics & KPIs and use trend analysis to improve performance.
Analyze customer interactions across calls, branches, online, and mobile to understand journeys and friction points.
Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights for executives in analytics meetings.
