Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to drive analytics initiatives across Operations functions, channels and products.

You will lead projects to improve customer and service agent experiences by developing innovative analytics strategies and solutions. You will oversee data lineage, scoping, data development, hypothesis testing, analysis, insights generation and presenting findings to executives, with responsibilities spanning dashboard creation and reporting of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop, RDBMS, Trifacta).
• Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology.
• Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead partnerships with key Area Product Owners and Product groups by providing data and analytics leadership across the servicing organization
• Lead development and reporting of Ops performance metrics & KPIs; use trend analysis, segmentation, optimization to improve performance
• Analyze customer interactions across channels to understand journeys, identify friction points and support business cases and pilots
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights, often for executives in analytics meetings
• Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations to measure impact of products and provide self-service tools
• Leverage the agile process to deliver analytics including building business cases, exploratory analysis, feature metrics and dashboards
• Utilize enterprise data to develop automated data solutions using a mix of customer, account, digital, telephony, financial and operational data
