Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team to partner with the Chase Card organization, turning customer behavior, spend, and engagement data into insights that guide marketing and product decisions.

You will produce executive dashboards, ongoing reporting, and in-depth analyses to optimize portfolio performance, inform resource allocation, and drive profitable campaigns across marketing, product, and risk functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
• Proven ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to diverse audiences and influence partners at all levels
• Track record delivering analytics and insights to management levels
• Hands-on data mining techniques and translating analysis into business strategy
• Proficiency in Python or SAS; experience with Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent Big Data platforms
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with data visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau or Alteryx
• Excellent communication to distill analytical findings into clear insights for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable business insights
• Apply analytical techniques to identify patterns and translate findings into behavioral insights for decisions
• Communicate results effectively to business partners and senior leadership
• Conduct analyses across marketing, finance, and risk using modern visualization and reporting tools
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data-driven decision-making
• Partner with internal/external clients to solve quantitative problems and optimize performance
• Align with data owners to contribute to data models and analytics architecture
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities for process improvements
• Execute responsibilities autonomously and refine processes with stakeholders
