Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co invites a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to join the Service Product Analytics team. You will lead analytics efforts across operations, develop insights into customer journeys, and craft data-driven strategies to improve experiences and reduce costs.

You will partner with Area Product Owners, build dashboards, and present findings to executives, while leveraging a range of data sources and modern analytics tools in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data querying/manipulation skills.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives to improve customer journeys and product experiences.
• Develop and deliver dashboards and visualizations for executives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to define data scope and KPIs.
• Conduct hypothesis testing, test designs, and pilot program analyses.
• Prepare presentations summarizing insights and business impact.
