Job summary

Chase seeks a Quant Analytics Manager within the Collections Analytics team to design and deliver data-driven analytical solutions impacting product strategies and financial decisions.

You will lead quantitative analysis, KPI development, and financial business cases, partnering with Technology and Product teams to drive data capture and platform improvements across card, overdraft, and auto collections domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of analytical, finance, or engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design and interpret A/B test analytics.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with analytics tools in big data environments (SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Unix, Excel).
• Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Agentic AI for analytics applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven storytelling skills.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of card, overdraft, and auto collections data and features.
• Perform rigorous quantitative analysis using SAS, SQL, Alteryx, and/or Python to evaluate strategies.
• Define KPIs for new initiatives and identify opportunities to improve strategies and functionality.
• Build financial business cases to support product investments.
• Partner with Technology and Product teams to define data capture, storage, and migration needs.
• Champion analytical automation to streamline and scale processes.
• Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional partners through data-driven storytelling.
