Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to drive analytics across Operations, channels and products, deriving insights from customer journeys and product data.

You will lead lifecycle activities from scoping to presentation, build dashboards, and partner with Product Owners to improve performance and reduce friction. You will leverage SQL, Python, and a suite of analytics tools in an Agile environment, delivering data-driven recommendations and scalable automated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field and 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Impala, Sqoop, RDBMS, Trifacta).
• Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience writing code to source, transform and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives to improve customer journeys and product experience.
• Document data lineage, scope analyses, develop data and tests, and present findings.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to measure impact of products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Deliver insights through executive presentations and data storytelling.
• Apply Agile analytics to deliver across channels including calls, branches, online and mobile.
• Leverage diverse data sources to build automated data solutions.
