Chase is seeking a Quant Analytics, Senior Associate in Home Lending to source, integrate, and analyze data, uncover insights, and drive measurable business value. You will automate dashboards and reporting, explain performance, and partner across teams to support strategic initiatives shaping the future of home lending.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data & Analytics to deliver data-driven solutions, build AI-enabled capabilities, and communicate actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL to query, transform, and validate data.
• Strong Python to automate workflows and reporting.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs with impact analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain interactive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data & Analytics to align on priorities.
• Integrate data from multiple platforms for reliable performance measurement.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to uncover trends.
• Develop narratives explaining findings and actions.
• Quantify drivers of performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs.
• Build analytical frameworks supporting strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance BI tooling and self-service reporting.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Collaborate on AI/ML solutions to automate processes.
