Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality efforts on large solar, BESS, and HV electrical infrastructure projects. The role reports to the Director of Quality and collaborates with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Owners to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance across construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial/multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• Auditing experience and knowledge of ISO Quality standards.
• OSHA 10 hour minimum, First Aid, CPR, SWPPP Training, ASQ or other Quality Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote company policies and maintain professional conduct with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate QA/QC staff with field operations and management.
• Manage QA/QC team to ensure corrective actions per quality procedures.
• Lead quality activities for roads, foundations, HV electrical works, substations, and solar arrays.
• Review IFC drawings and project specs; ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain an overall project quality plan with deliverables and due dates.
