Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support QA/QC for solar and electrical projects. You will assist in field inspections, ensure compliance with quality policies, and help drive corrective actions on site.

The role requires strong coordination, reading IFC drawings, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Experience in construction QA/QC and safety training is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC experience on large projects.
• SWPPP and erosion control experience preferred.
• Auditing experience and ISO quality knowledge preferred.
• Mandatory OSHA 10, First Aid, CPR, SWPPP Training.

Responsibilities

• Quality advocacy: promote policies and represent the company with clients and subcontractors.
• Field support: assist QA/QC team in field staff needs.
• Quality assurance: help assess work quality and track corrective actions.
• Performance improvement: promote quality improvement across the project.
• Inspection and testing: support audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Documentation: maintain project plans, specs, and quality records.
