Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager and field teams on solar and high-voltage projects. The role involves promoting quality policies, assisting with audits, and coordinating QA/QC activities across multiple disciplines in outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of construction QA/QC experience, strong reading of drawings and specs, and practical knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on construction projects required.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and project specs.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality policies and procedures on-site.
• Assist QA/QC Inspector staff and project team.
• Track corrective actions and ensure completion per QC program.
• Support field operations with quality documentation and audits.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
