Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager in field QA/QC activities on solar and high voltage projects across North America. You will assist in audits, inspections, and testing, maintain quality records, and help implement corrective actions with subcontractors and field teams.

The role requires hands-on field work outdoors, strong knowledge of construction quality standards, and the ability to read IFC drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction QA/QC environments is required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and field auditing practices.
• Proficiency reading IFC drawings and job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Manager and field team with QA/QC tasks.
• Assist in audits, inspections, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Maintain project quality records and document non-conformances.
• Help implement corrective actions with subcontractors and field staff.
• Provide quality training to project personnel and subcontractors.
