Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of product non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures.
