Qualifications

• Strong understanding and application of quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a quality team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
