Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and validation activities to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and resolution of non-conformances.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet relevant regulatory and customer quality standards.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformances and driving closure.
• Develop and manage the quality budget, optimizing resource allocation for quality initiatives.
