Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
