Job summary

You will develop QMS procedures, oversee inspections and CAPA, and conduct audits while fostering continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop quality teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of SPC and other quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions (CAPA), and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
