Job summary

The Pivot Group Network collaborates with Montague, MI manufacturers to identify a seasoned Quality Manager who will lead QMS development and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will drive audits, CAPA, calibration programs, and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. A technical bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to quality.
• 5+ years of quality management in manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance experience.
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen background.
• Experience with SPC and quality assurance tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication to drive culture change.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Manage the calibration program for measuring and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor quality personnel on standards and procedures.
