Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and related standards.
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for quality issues.
• Manage and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality-related challenges.
