Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Quality Systems to lead the local Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with FDA and GFSI standards. The role oversees document control, data collection, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

You will drive quality initiatives, mentor staff, and partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain food safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Quality System Software.
• Understanding of Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, such as SQF or FSSC 22000, hands‑on experience with compliance and audits.
• Experience working with real‑time data collection systems to monitor and analyze production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to and ensure compliance to health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and PPE.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees within quality systems.
• Own quality data collection, document control, and audit programs.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the SQF system and related requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support CAPA and corrective actions.
