Luster National, Inc. is seeking Quality Managers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit, aviation, and water facilities.

You will run the quality assurance program, set the standard, audit plans, and ensure nonconformances are closed. This role requires ISO 9001:2015 experience, extensive QA/QC leadership, and the ability to drive corrective actions across multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years of quality management experience on large, heavy-civil programs.
• Experience developing and administering ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including QA plans and audit programs.
• Proven track record leading QA audits, nonconformances, and corrective actions to closure.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and codes (ASTM, ACI, AWS) and leverage QA software tools.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and dashboard/reporting software (Power BI, etc.).
• Experience leading cross‑discipline QA across a multi‑site program.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the program’s quality management system, including the QMS manual and procedures.
• Review QC plans and ITPs for contract compliance before work begins.
• Audit programs against approved plans and report on practical adherence.
• Oversee nonconformance handling from discovery to verified closure.
• Verify test results and ensure traceability to the work.
• Coordinate quality surveillance across disciplines to apply one standard.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Deliver QA training and coordinate records for turnover and closeout.
