Job summary

Luster National seeks Construction Managers to lead heavy civil programs including highways, bridges, and transit projects. You will oversee packages from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring adherence to plans, specs and contract requirements, while maintaining cost, schedule and quality visibility.

We welcome candidates with extensive owner-side experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with scheduling software; growth through multiple concurrent contracts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in CM/CE or related field.
• 10+ years leading large heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing owner/agency contracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of contracted packages from preconstruction to closeout.
• Administer contracts, submittals, RFIs, notices, and correspondence.
• Evaluate changes, pricing, and impacts to cost/schedule.
• Review schedules for critical path and delays; update accordingly.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and field teams; ensure compliance.
• Track budget, forecast costs, and manage interfaces with utilities/rail.
• Lead progress meetings and drive items to closure.
• Support closeout, turnover, and commissioning activities.
