TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a quality-focused professional to act as the primary technical interface for customer quality topics at our Greensboro site.

You will coordinate containment, investigations, and corrective actions while translating feedback into manufacturing improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, strong 8D/Core Tools/IATF 16949 knowledge, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8D/root-cause analysis, Core Tools, and IATF 16949 knowledge.
• Strong customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate customer complaint response from initial notification through containment, investigation, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
• Lead or facilitate 5D/8D investigations with cross-functional teams with defined root cause and corrective actions.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including required portal submissions and reports.
• Coordinate customer returns, samples, sorting/containment, traceability, and escalation with Operations and TE locations.
• Analyze complaint trends and recurring failures; recommend preventive actions and verify implementation.
• Partner with value-stream Quality Engineers to link symptoms to control plans and PFMEA.
• Support customer audits, visits, quality reviews, and requests for technical evidence.
• Mentor team members in customer communication and structured problem solving; maintain complaint records.
