Job summary
Resilient Structures in St. George, UT is seeking a full-time Customer Quality Engineer to own customer quality initiatives, lead investigations, and drive improvements across manufacturing.
This role will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality meets customer expectations in a fast-growing environment. You will review customer requirements and drawings, perform root-cause analyses, lead 8D actions, support audits, and help maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 3+ years in quality assurance or quality engineering.
- Experience with 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar QMS.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations when quality concerns arise and drive solutions.
- Review customer requirements and technical drawings to ensure conformance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead 8D corrective action efforts.
- Support audits and inspections and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Analyze quality trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
