Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Equivalent combination of technical education and directly relevant engineering, commissioning, field service, reliability, or quality experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional investigations of customer quality issues from containment through permanent corrective action.
• Own disciplined 8D execution with team formation, problem definition, containment, root-cause verification, corrective action, and prevention.
• Coordinate timely containment that protects customers while actions are developed.
• Use data and field evidence to identify trends and systemic risks.
• Apply 5 Why, Ishikawa, and fault-tree thinking to prove hypotheses.
• Partner with Design, Manufacturing, Operations, Field Services, and Suppliers to eliminate root causes.
• Translate field learnings into product/design/process improvements.
• Prepare clear customer updates and 8D reports distinguishing facts and actions.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions before closure.
• Share lessons learned across products and processes.
