The role focuses on 8D problem solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent recurrence and protect customers. You will work on investigations from containment to verified corrective action, with opportunities to translate field learnings into stronger quality-system controls and upstream

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/quality engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality engineering or related roles with strong investigations.
• Experience leading cross-functional investigations using structured methods (8D).

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional investigations of customer quality issues from containment to permanent corrective action.
• Apply 8D problem solving and root cause analysis to determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate containment and communicate with customers during investigations.
• Analyze field quality data to identify trends and systemic risks.
• Drive cross-functional corrective actions with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
