Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support offers a remote, full-time role in Performance Monitoring. The position emphasizes contract administration, customer orders, issue resolution, and quality analytics to support patient access and adherence.

The role requires familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements, with training during first weeks and a standard 40-hour workweek. Remote work is available across the U.S., with CST work hours and reliable internet essential.

Qualifications

• Call Monitoring experience preferred.
• Case Audit experience preferred.
• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
• Understands the relevant regulations, standards, and operating procedures.
• Performs investigations / root cause analysis and develops corrective actions.
• Performs gap assessments to those requirements.
• Demonstrates understanding of quality concepts such as cost of quality, analytical metrics and statistics, Trending, quality planning, validation, CAPA and problem solving.
• Works cross‑functionally and educates/influences others on those requirements.
