Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Sr. Coordinator, Quality Control to support Sonexus Access and Patient Support operations. This remote, full-time role works with cross-functional teams to monitor quality metrics, perform investigations, and implement CAPAs.

Training occurs during standard hours with flexibility to cover global time zones. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality control, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a background in call monitoring or case audits.

Qualifications

• Call Monitoring experience preferred.
• Case Audit experience preferred.
• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
• Investigates/root cause analysis and develops corrective actions.
• Reviews and documents compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Works cross-functionally to interpret requirements and educate others.
