Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Performance Monitoring professional to monitor customer contact quality, analyze data, and support contract administration and issue resolution. The role is fully remote for US residents, with a 40-hour work week and shift flexibility from 7am to 5pm CST on weekdays.

Responsibilities include applying knowledge of policies, conducting root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory standards and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in related field, preferred.
• Call Monitoring experience preferred or similar investigative experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
• Understands relevant regulations, standards and procedures.
• Conducts investigations/root cause analysis and develops corrective actions.
• Performs gap assessments against requirements.
• Understands quality concepts: cost of quality, metrics, trending, validation, CAPA, problem solving.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to interpret and educate on requirements.
