Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Performance Monitoring group is seeking a remote, full-time professional to support contract administration, customer orders and issue resolution. The role emphasizes applying quality systems, regulatory understanding and problem solving to improve client outcomes.

You will perform investigations, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a US-based remote setting.

Qualifications

• Call monitoring experience preferred.
• Case audit experience preferred.
• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
• Understands regulations, standards and operating procedures.
• Performs investigations / root cause analysis and develops corrective actions.
• Understands requirements and can perform gap assessments.
• Understands quality concepts such as cost of quality, analytics, statistics and CAPA.
• Collaborates cross-functionally and educates others on requirements.
