Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a remote Coordinator, Individualized Care to handle inbound calls, document details, and coordinate with patient referral sources. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy in data entry, and timely follow-ups while working 40 hours weekly within CST business hours.

Training is 8:00am-5:00pm CST; remote work requires a dedicated environment and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in fast paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, determine needs and provide one call resolution.
• Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable).
• Investigate and resolve patient/physician inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software while speaking with customers.
• Place outbound calls for patient follow ups or to obtain missing information.
• Coordinate with patient referral sources to process new applicants.
