AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Hendersonville, TN to lead QC for heavy civil construction projects. You will develop plans, coordinate soil and concrete testing, and drive corrective actions to ensure project quality and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in QC leadership, USACE project experience, and a civil engineering or construction management background; PE license is preferred. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in QC management within heavy civil/construction.
• Experience coordinating soil and concrete testing and inspections.
• Experience on USACE projects is required.
• PE license preferred; security clearance possible.
• Strong knowledge of QC principles and field testing methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement QC plans, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and audits for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate documentation and reporting of soil and concrete tests.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to teams on QC practices and safety.
• Train personnel on quality standards.
• Monitor QC measures throughout project lifecycle.
• Generate reports tracking quality metrics.
• Participate in quality meetings to improve overall project quality.
