Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager for heavy civil construction projects across the United States. The role focuses on enforcing quality standards and safe practices on site, coordinating testing, and guiding teams to meet project deliverables.

The position may be temporary through the February project end, with potential for long-term placement based on travel and future opportunities. Strong background in QC and construction methods is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as QC Manager, Supervisor, or PM in construction/industrial services.
• Experience with soil and concrete testing coordination and monitoring.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for secure facilities including military bases.
• Experience managing subcontractors or teams of 2+ people.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Familiarity with quality control tools, equipment, and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
