Job summary

AIS Infrastructure is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance across diverse heavy civil construction projects. The role focuses on implementing QA/QC plans, conducting inspections, and coordinating soil and concrete testing to ensure compliance with all specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QC management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with project teams to drive corrective actions and maintain safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with soil and concrete test coordination and QA/QC practices.
• Familiarity with Procore, Unifier or similar data management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and guidelines for heavy civil projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee documentation of soil and concrete testing.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions with project teams.
• Provide guidance on QC practices and train project personnel.
• Generate reports to track quality performance metrics.
